The hotel is completely run down and doesn't look anything like the pictures. We thought it was a cheap little hotel, but it's just run down, the mirror was dirty, the bed linen not completely clean. Room is only cleaned every few days, there was complete dust under the bed. I don't know where the pictures of the hotel come from, but certainly from the hotel as it looks in the meantime.

The hotel was NOTHING like the photos. The bathroom was smaller than my closet at home. The TV was like something from 2010. Holes on the edges of walls. The elevator can just barely fit two people. The only good thing about it were the kind staff. Would not stay again and would not recommend.

GROSS AVOID Seriously no one should be allowed to to stay here… it’s seriously not safe… I am requesting a refund for this stay that was booked at, Arty Paris Porte De Versailles By River, 62 Rue Des Morillons, Paris, France. This hotel did not meet our expectations and was in no where near a representation of what was advertised. This hotel is a youth hostel and the rooms were very nasty. Receptionist were extremely rude and unhelpful… and even made us remake the bed prior to use to leaving/checking out, there was no support. We also paid city tax of €10.20 (10.20 euros) upon arrival at the hotel in which we would like to be compensated back for.. We were so disgusted with the rooms we checked out as soon as we saw the rooms and the hotel was fully booked. We had to scramble but we found a hotel that was actually livable not to far away.. Arty was likely in of MANY health and safety violations of the city, from black and other various types of mold throughout the room, to holes in the floor, to bugs, to blood stains and other bodily fluid stains, this hotel was in simple words gross, even in the common areas. We are kindly asking for compensation to offset our cost of our other booking that we had to do.. please see the attached photos and reach out at the earliest convenience.

Staff are very friendly, perfect just for a base for nights sleep. Location is great and public transport easy access. If you like walking eiffle tower about 45 mins walk or 15 mins on the bus. Now this is my management kicking in heres recommendations just to make it that better (my opinion) - pillows really do need replacing (this will make a difference) - just a little paint throughout staircase - breakfast is a little pricey for what is on offer But overall was happy with our stay. And do recommend to others.

The place is dusty and poorly cleaned . No room service. Its just unacceptable for hospitality. The tables inside the room had dust and markings like it was never ever cleaned . Door handles sticky. The bathroom shower dirty with mould. The hall ways dirty and dusty. Please fix it
